01 Introduction

04 Account Registration & Security

Each user may register one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered associated with the same individual — whether identified through matching personal details, IP addresses, device fingerprints, or payment method data — KingClub77 reserves the right to void all associated balances, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close all affected accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

05 Deposits & Payments

KingClub77 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-local payment methods includingTouch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct online banking withMaybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The general minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• KingClub77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations.
• KingClub77 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or where unusual deposit patterns are identified for compliance purposes.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with KingClub77's payment processing schedule. The Platform targets the following processing timelines: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These timelines are targets and not guarantees — processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawals are only available to users whose accounts have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your KingClub77 account. The Platform does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be fully met before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to daily, weekly, and monthly limits based on your account tier. VIP Gold members benefit from higher withdrawal limits.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

KingClub77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to users who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion is subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, maximum bonus amounts, eligible game categories, and wagering multipliers. These specific terms are displayed at the point of bonus opt-in.

7.1 Loyalty Program Terms

Loyalty points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers across all eligible game categories. Points accumulation rates, tier thresholds, and benefit structures are as published on the Platform and may be amended at KingClub77's discretion with reasonable notice. Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the KingClub77 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. General betting rules include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player except where the Platform's specific game rules expressly permit bet cancellation within a defined window.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KingClub77 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

12 Limitation of Liability

KingClub77's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

KingClub77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity has been identified on the account.
• The User has initiated chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.
• Continued provision of services to the User would expose KingClub77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination of an account for cause, KingClub77 reserves the right to withold any balance that is reasonably attributable to fraudulent activity, policy violations, or unpaid obligations. Balances that are not attributable to such violations will be returned to the User's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable processing costs.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the KingClub77 support team. Any outstanding real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the User's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

KingClub77 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature — including changes that affect User rights, bonus structures, or financial terms — registered Users will be notified via email to the address on file and through a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KingClub77 holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the KingClub77 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. KingClub77 is committed to resolving user complaints fairly and promptly — most disputes are resolved within 5 to 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
